This workshop can help you work as a team to develop a shared philosophy of care, commitment and understanding to be able to meet that political imperative. It will also help you as a team to identify how your service could change and adapt to meet your philosophy. The workshop can be run for specialist teams, general practice teams, or PCTs, and will result in robust action plans that can start to be implemented immediately!
