We can help you to gain effective involvement of service users in planning your NHS service, by providing a training course to help them learn about how they can be most usefully involved. We can help them identify their roles and responsibilities, how to clearly articulate issues of importance and make an effective contribution to meetings, and how they can be involved in gathering and presenting service user views effectively. This workshop is a must if you are keen to make sure that your service users are able to effectively represent their issues. It can be run specific to diabetes care, as a general workshop on effective involvement in any aspect of NHS planning, or specific to other conditions on request.
