It is a legal requirement to involve service users at every stage of planning and developing any NHS service, but it can be tricky to know how best to approach this. In this workshop, we will help you understand what effective user involvement really means, how the views of service users can be gathered and applied to your service, and how you can plan to successfully implement service user involvement in your service. We can run diabetes-specific workshops, general workshops to apply to all areas, or workshops specific to other conditions on request.
